Note that the ZBA Agenda posted above includes the Esposito/Hammond public hearing item, plus 1 new appeal (496 West Saugerties Road involving a parcel is zoned LDR (Low Density Residential, wherein the applicant (Isaac Nichols) is requesting a 32’ rear yard area setback to construct an addition to the garage on a pre-existing non-conforming structure and meet the 50’ rear yard setback requirement in the LDR zoning district, plus an old business item (Sarah Burns & May Herskovitz property located at 54 Chimney Road (zoned HDR (high density residential), File #: 25-004 SBL #: 18.1-3-14-200) with Waterfront Overlay wherein the applicant is requesting a 15' rear year setback area variance to construct an addition on an existing structure and meet the 50' rear yard setback requirement in the HDR zoning district).
