Town of Saugerties Highway Department Announces Part-Time Seasonal Plow Driver Position
Continual Recruitment - Part-Time Seasonal Plow Driver (as Needed)
The rate of pay is dependent on the position and the set hourly wage at the time of hiring. Pay also includes overtime if over 40 hours and meal allowances. Applicants must be 18 or older.
The job requires you to drive a plow truck. Applicants must possess a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with no restrictions and be able to drive a manual shift/standard truck at the time of hiring.

Full-Time Positions
Town of Saugerties Seeks Assessor Candidates
The Town of Saugerties is accepting applications to fill the position of Assessor, which will be available on October 1st, 2025 and is a Town-Board-appointed position for a 6 (six) year term to expire on September 30th, 2032. Qualifications needed are as follows: Certified Assessor by NYS; or
3 (three) years of experience in an assessor's office, with some course work towards certification; or NYS Certified Appraiser and knowledge of trending or mass valuation is preferred. The position comes with a competitive salary. Individuals are invited to submit letters of interest, including resumes and pertinent experience.
