and owned by Mark and Samantha Tiano. - Major Subdivision (3-lot) on land located at 236 Dutchtown Road (SBL# 28.3-6-28.200 & 28.100) and owned by Western Sullivan Properties, LLC & Janet Marazita.
- Minor Subdivision (2-lot) on land located at 1601 Glasco Turnpike (SBL# 27.2-7-1.114) and owned by Cindy Lam & Calvin Wu.
