UCTC Long-Range Transportation Plan Review

UCTC Long-Range Transportation Plan Review

Save the Dates: Presentation of the Draft UCTC 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan -- Wednesday, August 13th and Thursday, August 14th.

The Ulster County Transportation Council (UCTC) invites the public to join them at one of two in person and virtual public meetings to discuss the draft Year 2050 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) for the Ulster County Metropolitan Planning Area.

UCTC’s Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) is a critical guide to transportation decision-making for the region.  The Plan is updated every 5 years and forecasts transportation needs at least 20 years into the future.  The Draft 2050 LRTP embraces a multi-modal transportation future with a focus on the transportation system‘s role in environmental sustainability, accessibility, economic development, and quality of life.  The 2050 LRTP prioritizes transportation needs based on projections of available funding.
