The New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) and the Departments of Health (DOH) and Environmental Conservation are pleased to announce the Draft Intended Use Plans (IUP) for the State Revolving Funds are now available for public comment. These documents outline proposed funding priorities and program policies for the upcoming year, including updates to the Clean Water State Revolving Fund Hardship Policy that defines eligibility criteria for interest-free financing.

The Intended Use Plans are documents annually prepared by EFC and DOH to outline the planned use of the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds. The Intended Use Plans act as roadmaps for how the State plans to allocate and use the funds to improve water quality and infrastructure in the state.
