Once a restaurant critic for the Brooklyn Paper, she wrote food and relationship stories for the NY Daily News, among other papers; 5 Pushcart Prize nominations. Teaches at The Poetry Barn and Writers.com
Mikhail Horowitz: Books: Big League Poets (City Lights; The Opus of Everything in Nothing Flat (Outloud/Red Hill; Rafting into the Afterlife (Codhill Press); Ancient Baseball (Alte Books). Performed throughout the U.S. with Giles Makine, musician and composer. Wrote and performed with Actors and Writers of the Hudson Valley. For years, Horowitz was Arts Editor for the Woodstock Times.
Guy Reed: Books: Time Under the Overlook (Bushwack Books), Second Innocence (Luchador Press), The Effort To Hold Light (Finishing Line Press), and co-author, with Cheryl A. Rice, of Until The Words Came (Post Traumatic Press). Winner 2022 Littoral Press poetry prize. Graduate of The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, wrote and performed for the film I Dream too Much.
Following the reading, a conversation will take place among the authors facilitated by Phillip X Levine, poet and editor of poetry for Chronogram.
