The Town's Zoning Board of Appeals is a quasi-judicial body that is charged with the duties to grant area variances, use variances, and render interpretations of all land use statutes under the town's current zoning laws and periodically render opinions on subsequent zoning changes and other land use requests. Zoning Board of Appeals Schedule (April 23, 2012 on)
The Zoning Board of Appeals meets the First Monday of every month (unless otherwise stated) at 7pm at the Frank D. Greco Memorial Building (Senior Center) located on the corners of Market St. and Robinson St. in the Village of Saugerties.

All Zoning Board of Appeals fees will be collected by the Building Department. All Submittals to the Zoning Board of Appeals must be made at the Building Department between 8:00 am - 3:30 pm Checks should be made payable to the Town of Saugerties. |
